Results, Oh Results

Posted by KelvinK | Posted in

Results are finally out after 2 weeks. After a long hectic semester of working, toiling, sweating and studying, I can say I'm pretty satisfied with my results. Well, it's not awesome but it's satisfactory and comparable to the amount of effort I put in.

Here goes:

I know it might be disappointing to some of you because you guys always think I'm this student who never gets bad results ever right? Maybe I think too much.

Overall, I'm very happy with my Management Accounting 1 results because I seriously put in so much effort in hope of scoring and thanks to Mr. Mak, he taught me well. As for Financial Management 2, I didn't learn anything from the lecturer but still I got pretty good results.

So, for Financial Accounting 2, I gotta admit I didn't really pay too much attention to it. I was always dreaming in class because the lecturer is just awfully boring. I just read through everything the day before the exam. I know it's not a very good testimony to other students. Well, well, Business Information System, I have no idea why I didn't get an A for it. It's such a dumb subject, yet so easy. I guess he hates me. Maybe he read this post. So much for him liking me as a student as said by all my friends. Thank God it's a year 1 subject, which means it wouldn't be taken into account.

I guess it's adequate enough for me to get another Dean's list. Anyway, praise God for the good results!

As for the 5 empty boxes, they represent the 5 subjects I'm taking this semester. It's not updated yet but I'm still taking 5 subjects. This is the 2nd time I'm doing that. The last time I did this, it was crazy for me when it comes to assignments and tasks. So this semester I'll work extremely hard.

New semester resolution:
  • Revise the same chapter the very day it was being taught
  • Pay more attention in class
  • Be early for class
  • Stay focussed
  • Be less distracted
Kelvin, you can do it! You're a smart, confident, and capable person *mind over matter, mind over matter*
