It's kinda amusing to see how Malaysians react to certain things sometimes.
Yesterday, I came back from Unifest (hold on, I'll blog about it soon) and I was an usher that night. So as I was standing at the entrance giving out goodie bags to the first 200 people who came, I observed some situations where I personally find them funny.
Remember I said there were goodie bags for the first 200 people? As the crowd lined up at the entrance, you can feel the largeness of the crowd that would attend the event. Just as the gates were opened, people came rushing in grabbing their FREE goodie bags. For some reason, we see some of them leave after getting the goodie bag. I was laughing to myself seeing the sort of actions people take. Come on, there are like notebooks, some Sony Handycam manuals, and probably a T-shirt inside there. You came to line up just for these stuff and not staying back to enjoy to concert? Hmm...Quite pathetic!
As the crowed rushed into the place, making a lot of noise while waiting for the event to begin, the MyFM MyVi troopers came. Take note that the crowd are all in front of the stage already. As the emcee announced that the MyVi troopers were here and they are giving away freebies, the crowd in front literally flew over flooding the troopers. As usual, they have to play games, answer questions and all to get the freebies. Looks like nothing's free after all. But you can see the craziness of people in getting free stuff.

Looks like everyone's up for free stuff after all. Not only Malaysians! =p
